High Grove at Initial Shock

High Grove is a cassette experiment between heather ross (SKIN) and sara delecore (SD/desolatum) based out of montreal. High Grove embraces the possibilities of tape manipulation and the gift of failure through deterioration. In a live capacity, they use that failure as a performance tool and as a means for improvisation. Progress through process since 2018.

Violent Shogun at Initial Shock

Violent Shogun, from Bordeaux, France, creates his ambient noise since 2017, drawing influences as much from hissy tape murk or electronic waveforms as from the concrete chaos made by mishandled amplified objects. Many of these experimentations based on damaged drones, disintegrating tape loops, creaking metal or disrupted electronic feedback have since been captured on various tapes or CDs released by labels like Satatuhatta (Finland), Angst (Italy), Absurd Exposition (Canada), Buried In Slag And Debris (Canada), Molt Fluid (UK), and more.
